Disaster Management Officers Accommodation

Standard twin officers tent with private shower and Portable toilet

We understand the critical importance of providing comfortable and functional quarters for the management team or military officers overseeing disaster operations. Our standard twin officer tents are designed to meet these needs, offering a spacious environment with two single beds, complete with full linen. Each tent includes a desk for carrying out necessary work or storing personal belongings, ensuring that those in charge can stay organized and focused.

Our tents are equipped to support electricity supply, providing adequate lighting and power for charging laptops and other electronic devices essential for the operation. Each tent can comfortably sleep two individuals or be used as single quarters if preferred.

For added convenience and privacy, a private gas-operated shower and portable toilet are set up behind each unit, offering personal and hygienic ablution facilities during the operation. With these provisions, we ensure that the management team can perform their duties effectively while maintaining a comfortable living space.

Private Ablution Facilities for Disaster Management Tents

A major challenge in disaster relief camps is ensuring adequate ablution facilities. Our solution provides each tent with its own canvas cubicle located behind the tent, ensuring privacy and convenience for the management team.

The cubicle is spacious enough for changing clothes, with ample room to hang them on the bars provided. On one side, there is a gas-operated geyser, which we supply with water from a central point. This simple one-tap system delivers hot water, with adjustable temperature settings on the geyser to meet individual preferences. Please note that we do not provide a basin, so the showerhead water must be used for all cleaning and shaving needs.

For sanitation, each tent is equipped with a camping portapotty unit. These portable toilets feature a pump flush system and are self-contained, with waste disposed of after the event. Our staff services the portapotties daily to ensure they remain clean and ready for use. While they are not full-sized toilets, they offer a practical and private solution for each tent, enhancing comfort and hygiene during your stay in the disaster management officers camp.

Three-Part Service for Disaster Management Quarters

We provide a comprehensive three-part service to ensure the disaster management team can operate efficiently and comfortably:

  1. Command Centre Tent: Our command centre tent is a secure area where the disaster management team can perform their daily duties without interruption. The tent is equipped with tables, chairs, lighting, and plug points, allowing officers to focus on their tasks in a well-organized and conducive environment.

  2. Private Dining Marquee: To keep the management team nourished and energized, we provide a marquee tent dedicated to private dining and refreshments. This space allows officers and management to take breaks and enjoy meals in comfort, supporting their well-being during intense operations.

  3. Full-Functioning Staffed Kitchen: Adjacent to the dining area, we install a fully functioning staffed kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances. Our kitchen team prepares and serves the requested and adequate meals required by the management team, ensuring they have the nutrition they need to stay focused and effective.

This integrated approach ensures that the disaster management team has everything they need to perform their critical roles effectively, from a secure command centre to private dining and a professional kitchen setup.
